In Round 21, the NSW Cup and Harvey Norman Women's Premiership teams for the Bulldogs celebrated significant victories, showcasing impressive comebacks throughout the weekend.

The Sydney Roosters started strong but went into halftime with a modest 12-6 lead, which didn't quite reflect their dominance.

Just before the break, they extended their lead when Reece Foley delivered a skillful cut-out pass to Tom Rodwell, who scored in the corner.

However, the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs found themselves trailing 22-6 early in the second half.

Led by halves Toby Sexton and Mitch Woods, the Bulldogs mounted an impressive comeback, winning 26-24.

The Roosters capitalized on an early chance, launching two quick tries.

Reece Foley made a line-break, helping Ben Johnson execute a great flick pass to Trey Peni, who scored the first try in the corner.

Shortly after, following a series of penalties, Benaiah Ioelu set up Max McCathie for the second try, giving the Roosters an early 12-0 advantage within just 11 minutes.

The match saw a tense 20 minutes without any change to the score.

A pivotal moment occurred when Tom Rodwell made an error in his own 20.

Toby Sexton seized the opportunity, showcasing his playmaking skills to create space for Jack Todd, who managed to level the scores with only five minutes remaining.

The game displayed resilience from the Bulldogs, ultimately leading them to a thrilling victory over the Roosters in a memorable Sunday afternoon match.
