Holyman and Temara named in Maroons squad for Women's Origin II

The latest news from raiders.com.au has revealed that Holyman and Temara have been chosen to represent the Maroons in the upcoming Women's Origin II.

Harvey Norman Queensland Maroons coach Tahnee Norris has announced her squad for Game II of the Women's State of Origin series.

This squad of 20 players includes a new addition in Central Queensland Capras utility Emmanita Paki.

Paki, a former Queensland Under 19 representative and NRLW grand final winner with the Newcastle Knights, will be stepping up to fill the shoes of injured Queensland winger Emily Bass (shoulder).

Wynnum Manly Seagulls star Sienna Lofipo is set to make her debut in senior Origin matches as she takes on the position of lock for Queensland, with captain Ali Brigginshaw moving to halfback.

The game will take place at McDonald Jones Stadium in Newcastle on June 6th.

It is sure to be an intense battle, filled with passion and determination from both teams.
