Samoa and Tonga announced their squads on Tuesday morning, selecting Panthers players Brian To'o, Izack Tago and Paul Alamoti.
To'o and Tago will represent Samoa alongside former Panthers teammates Jarome Luai, Stephen Crichton and Spencer Leniu.
Returning from injury, Alamoti was named in a strong Tonga squad and is set to play in his first World Cup campaign.
The selections followed Monday's announcement that Isaah Yeo, Liam Martin and Tom Jenkins had joined Australia's extended squad.
