Fans who complete the Panthers' annual survey by Tuesday 27 October will enter a draw to win one of four Panther Shop gift cards, each worth $500.
The club will use responses to understand what matters most to its supporters and shape next season's fan engagement initiatives and partner offers.
Panthers members and fans are invited to take part. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Supporters can submit their responses through the member and fan survey.
