Parramatta reward Brian Kelly's standout year

Brian Kelly Extends with Parramatta Eels Until End of 2028

Brian Kelly reached his 200th NRL appearance during the 2026 season, a milestone year for the Parramatta Eels outside back.

He was also a dual recipient of the Ken Thornett Medal, awarded to the Club's Best and Fairest players.

Kelly, a proud Bundjalung man, has represented the Indigenous All Stars and Australian Prime Minister's XIII.

Parramatta General Manager of Football Mark O'Neill said Kelly's contract extension, which keeps him at the club until the end of 2028, reflected his value to the team.

"Brian has been a wonderful addition to the team since arriving at the Club.

He's an experienced outside back who consistently delivers for us and is one of the strongest contributors in yardage gained each week.

"His hard work and competitiveness set a great example for the younger players, and being recognised as a dual Ken Thornett Medalist this year reflects the respect he has earned throughout the Club.

We're delighted he'll continue his journey with the Eels," said O'Neill.
