Penned as the top contender, Penrith Panthers fullback Dylan Edwards received 11 votes, maintaining an 18-vote lead over Haumole Olakau'atu, who climbed to second place, surpassing Scott Drinkwater.
Meanwhile, Whyte and Trindall have ascended to fourth and sixth positions, respectively, while Kalyn Ponga made a return to the top ten after also collecting 11 votes.
