Cronulla coach Tony Herman has set the team for tonight's Round 4 match against Wests Tigers at Sharks Stadium.
In a significant change, Stephanie Faulkner will start in the front row for the first time, replacing Manilita Takapautolo, who will now be on the bench.
Faulkner's promotion follows the sidelining of Jacinta Carter due to a head injury.
Additionally, Tyla King, a multi-code athlete from New Zealand, will make her debut for the Sharks, coming off the interchange.
She will be joined by utility Anne-Marie Kiria-Ratu, who could become Cronulla's fourth NRLW debutante this season.
Centre Annessa Biddle returns from suspension, which moves Grace-Lee Weekes to the role of 18th-woman.
Furthermore, Jaydika Tafua will step in for Rhiannon Byers, who is out with a pectoral injury, marking the only other adjustment from last week's lineup.
Kick-off is scheduled for 6:15 PM AEST.
