The NRL has officially released the Round 1 fixtures for the 2025 season, kicking off with the Sydney Roosters taking on the Brisbane Broncos, two teams who recently made the journey to Las Vegas.
While the Canberra Raiders are set to face off against the New Zealand Warriors, and the Penrith Panthers will go head-to-head with the Cronulla Sharks in this year's Las Vegas games, the rest of the Round 1 matchups have been unveiled.
The Las Vegas games will kick off on Sunday, March 2 Australian time, giving fans a taste of the action before the rest of the competition gets underway between Thursday, March 6, and Sunday, March 9.
The Roosters and Broncos will light up the field on Thursday night, with the Roosters' arch-rivals, the South Sydney Rabbitohs, hitting the road on Friday night to take on the Dolphins in a clash that will see Wayne Bennett facing his former team.
On Sunday, the free-to-air game will feature Jason Ryles beginning his coaching journey with a trip back to Melbourne to face off against his mentor Craig Bellamy's Melbourne Storm.
It's set to be an epic showdown filled with history, rivalry, and plenty of Aussie grit.
