NRL team line-ups: Trent Robinson's Roosters are missing five top players for their clash on Friday night, while the Storm have decided whether to give their key players a rest.

The final squad announcements for the regular season have caused a stir, with several teams having to make changes to their line-ups.

The Roosters have had to make significant adjustments for their grudge match against the Rabbitohs, while the Sea Eagles have had to make a tough decision on who will fill in for the injured Tom Trbojevic as they push for a home final in the first week.

After a costly loss to the Raiders on Sunday, Roosters coach Trent Robinson has had to reorganize his team with Sam Walker, Brandon Smith, Victor Radley, Nat Butcher, and Daniel Tupou all missing out.

Sandon Smith will join Luke Keary in the halves, while Connor Watson will start at hooker and Junior Pauga will play on the wing.

Sitili Tupouniua and Naufahu Whyte have also been named in the squad.

The Rabbitohs will be without Jack Wighton due to a calf injury, with Tolu Koula stepping in at fullback and Clayton Faulalo taking the place of the injured Jason Saab on the wing.

They will face a Sharks team boosted by the return of Jesse Ramien and Ronaldo Mulitalo, with Nicho Hynes moving into the halfback position after playing at five-eighth last week.
