The NZ Warriors set a New Zealand rugby league attendance record in 2026, drawing 48,511 to their final at Eden Park.
That surpassed the previous mark of 47,363, set at the 1988 Rugby League World Cup final at the same venue.
The final capped a season in which the Warriors sold out 13 NRL home games across four New Zealand stadiums, including the country's two largest.
Home crowds totalled 356,235, up from 279,524 in 2025, while the average of 27,403 was a club record.
The home aggregate was 134 per cent higher than in 2019, when 11 matches in New Zealand attracted 152,144 spectators, averaging 13,831.
That season, crowds ranged from 18,795 for the opening win over the Bulldogs to 9,595 against Manly Warringah in August.
The Warriors finished 13th in 2019, a year after reaching the finals for the first time in seven seasons.
Their final match was a 24-20 comeback win over Canberra on September 7, after trailing 12-20; Blake Green scored the winning try four minutes from full time.
The Raiders were already assured of a top-four finish and later reached the grand final.
The 2026 home-and-away total reached 667,592 across 26 games, an 82 per cent rise on 2019.
That followed totals of 606,320 across 27 games in 2023 and 618,170 across 25 games in 2025.
Before 2023, the club had exceeded 500,000 total spectators only in its grand final seasons: 575,415 across 28 games in 2011 and 507,410 across 27 in 2002.
