In a move that has fans buzzing with anticipation, South Sydney Rabbitohs have added another standout player from The Dolphins roster to their squad for the upcoming season, in a clear sign that their transformation under the legendary coach Wayne Bennett is well underway.

The talented young forward Hubner, known for his speed and strength on the field, is set to join the Rabbitohs on a two-year deal that will see him in the Top 30 roster until the end of the 2026 NRL season.

Having made his NRL debut this season, Hubner has already shown great promise in his three appearances, backed by a solid performance record of 70 matches in the QLD Cup with the Central Queensland Capras.

"We're stoked to have secured these three players for the Club in 2025, as we believe they have what it takes to make their mark in the NRL," declared the Head of Football Matt Ellison in a club statement that echoed the excitement and confidence surrounding the team's future prospects.

With this latest addition, the Rabbitohs are looking primed to tackle the upcoming challenges with renewed vigor and determination, as they aim to make their mark on the rugby league scene.
