A month after leaving the Manly Sea Eagles, former CEO Tony Mestrov is reportedly being considered for the Wests Tigers' CEO position, potentially replacing current CEO Shane Richardson.
The NRL integrity unit is currently involved in matters concerning the Tigers, and rumors have circulated that Richardson may be the next off-field figure to exit the club, following the sacking of Chairman Barry O'Farrell and three independent directors.
Although Richardson has managed to improve the club's standing, moving them off the bottom of the ladder, his future remains uncertain. The Holman Barnes Group, the majority owner of the Wests Tigers, is enacting significant personnel changes.

According to The Sydney Morning Herald, Tony Mestrov is now viewed as a potential interim candidate for the Wests Tigers CEO role, should Richardson choose to leave.
Mestrov is set to officially part ways with the Manly Sea Eagles on December 19, with former front-rower and club legend Jason King stepping in as his successor after a stellar career of 217 matches for the club.
Richardson's future is expected to be clarified on Monday, with reports emerging of serious concerns regarding his conduct at the club.
