The Sea Eagles are on a mission to soar higher in the Jersey Flegg, with Coach Scott Kenna leading the charge for further improvement from his players after a rollercoaster first month of matches.

Currently sitting in eighth place, Manly has notched up two wins out of four games, with narrow losses to Souths and St George-Illawarra proving to be tough pills to swallow.

The Sea Eagles showed their fighting spirit with victories over the Sydney Roosters and Parramatta Eels, securing wins by four and 18 points respectively.

Kenna emphasized the importance of individual growth and team discipline, especially after a heart-wrenching 30-28 loss to the Dragons where the Sea Eagles clawed back from a halftime deficit.

It's clear that the team is learning some hard lessons, but with each setback comes a chance to come back stronger and more resilient.

As the season progresses, the Sea Eagles will be looking to channel their inner fighting spirit and determination to climb up the ladder, with their eyes set on ultimate success in the Jersey Flegg Cup.
