Love Bunnies: Keep Sullivan in the Hutch

South Sydney Rabbitohs halfback Jamie Humphreys is advocating for the club to re-sign Jayden Sullivan for the 2026 season.

This comes as reports suggest that playmaker Cody Walker is expected to extend his contract by another year.

Coach Wayne Bennett made strategic moves ahead of the season, including signing Humphreys, Lewis Dodd, and Sullivan to strengthen the halves.

While Dodd has struggled to meet expectations, Humphreys has excelled and solidified his role as the No.7, successfully partnering with Walker when both are healthy.

Similarly, Sullivan has impressed, becoming a consistent member of the first-grade team after spending much of the previous season in the NSW Cup.

Humphreys has developed a strong bond with Sullivan over the past six months and strongly believes in the young player's potential.

He urged the Rabbitohs to secure Sullivan's future at the club, emphasizing his value and contributions to the team.
