The Penrith Panthers are on a roll, with a dominant 30-10 win over the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Accor Stadium on Thursday night keeping their unbeaten streak alive in the 2024 season.

Despite a short turnaround from their draw against the Warriors, the Panthers showed no signs of fatigue as they secured their seventh victory of the season.

It was a hard-fought battle in the first half, but a crucial try from Daine Laurie right before the break gave the Panthers the push they needed to take control in the second half and shut out the defending premiers.

Even with key players missing, the Panthers didn't skip a beat thanks to the likes of Paul Alamoti and Soni Luke stepping up.

But it was Laurie's performance at five-eighth that truly shone, scoring three tries to solidify Penrith's top spot on the NSW Cup ladder.

South Sydney got off to a quick start with a penalty leading to a try from Carson Kaho, but the Panthers quickly responded with Jesse McLean crossing over in the southwest corner.

With Alamoti's successful conversion, the visitors took a 6-4 lead early on.

It was a display of skill, determination, and teamwork from the Panthers, showing why they are a force to be reckoned with in the world of rugby league.

With their eyes set on the prize, this team is a force to be feared on the field.
