Laikha Clarke is set to represent Samoa in the nation's first Rugby League World Cup campaign after a standout season for the Gold Coast Titans.
The 24-year-old has signed an extension keeping her at the club until the end of 2028.
She was named prop of the year in the Rugby League Players Association Dream Team, chosen by fellow players.
With Jess Elliston unavailable, Clarke averaged 110 running metres and three tackle breaks per game, while recording 97 per cent tackle efficiency in the middle.
Titans coach Karyn Murphy said Clarke had seized her chance to start in the front row.
"She took her opportunity to start in the front row with both hands and hasn't looked back since," Murphy said.
Murphy added, "What excites me most is the best years of her career are still to come."
Clarke, a foundation Titan and Keebra Park alumna, said staying at her hometown club meant she could remain close to family.
"Gold Coast has always been home. I'm born and raised here and I'm very glad I can stay home, be around my family and continue my career with the Titans," Clarke said.
She said the extension would let her continue building her career and her legacy alongside foundation players Georgia Hale, Evania Isa'ako and Elliston.
"It's very special being an OG of the Titans and remaining a one-club girl. There aren't many players in the game who are that, so it's incredibly special to continue that honour," Clarke said.
