Gold Coast Titans eye $1m Grant bid

Raiders shine on the Gold Coast as they defeat Cowboys

The Gold Coast Titans are preparing a reported $1 million offer for Harry Grant, according to The Daily Telegraph, as clubs position themselves to pursue the Melbourne captain.

Melbourne announced on November 20, 2025, that Grant had agreed to a two-year extension, keeping him at the club until the end of 2028.

The NRL website reported, citing the club's announcement, that Grant was signed on in 2028. He had exercised an option to stay for 2026 in 2024, and has another player option for 2028 to activate or decline by November 1, then one week away.

Newcastle is also linked with Grant. The Knights could seek him if they do not sign Bradman Best, potentially pairing Grant with Kalyn Ponga, Dylan Brown and Fletcher Sharpe in a spine for the 2026 grand finalists.

Grant has no issues at Melbourne but has considered Gold Coast and Newcastle for their coastal lifestyles. Family ties to Port Macquarie are also expected to factor into any move.

The Titans have room to pursue him after sending David Fifita's expiring contract to the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
