Zane Harrison's match-winning field goal against the Panthers in June showcased the composure behind his rise.
The Gold Coast Titans have secured the 20-year-old halfback through the end of 2029, amid recent speculation over his contract.
A Palm Beach junior, Harrison progressed through the club's grades from age 15 and emerged in 2026 with skilful playmaking and a composed kicking game.
The deal offers reassurance for the Titans despite a difficult season and secures a promising young halfback before rival clubs could pursue him.
Coach Josh Hannay said Harrison had consistently expressed loyalty to his teammates, the Titans and his hometown.
"Since I joined the club, Zane has consistently spoken about three things - his teammates, his love of the Titans and his desire to bring success to his hometown," Hannay said in a Titans statement.
Hannay said Harrison's commitment to the club and desire to help the Gold Coast succeed had not wavered.
"Make no mistake, Zane is a proud Titan."
