Hannaway Extends Contract with Sharks

The Sharks are excited to confirm that Georgia Hannaway, the talented playmaker from Queensland's State of Origin, will stay with the club until at least the end of 2027 after signing a one-year extension for NRLW.

Hannaway joined Cronulla in 2024, where she quickly made a mark by winning the NRLW Rookie of the Year award and playing a pivotal role in the team's first Grand Final appearance.

At just 25, she showcases remarkable versatility, consistently challenging opposing defenses whether she's operating in the halves or taking on the hooker role.

Having already secured her place for the upcoming season, the Maroons representative is thrilled to solidify her future with the Sharks, embracing the black, white, and blue colors.
