The lads over at dolphinsnrl.com.au have some ripper news for us, with four Dolphin NRL academy members cracking the nod for the Queensland U18s side at the Australian Secondary Schools Rugby League championship in Coffs Harbour this week.

Charlie Dickson (Wavell SHS), Jac Finigan (Palm Beach Currumbin), Zac Garton (Caloundra SHS), and Elijah McKay (The Cathedral College) will be proudly donning the maroon jersey as part of the Queensland Representative School Sport side.

They'll be kicking off their campaign this Sunday against the New South Wales Combined Catholic Colleges, looking to make a splash on the national stage.

This prestigious competition has a cracking history of churning out top-notch rugby league talent, giving these young guns a chance to strut their stuff and make a name for themselves.

And let's not forget, this could be the first step towards earning a spot in the Australian Under 18 Schoolboys Team.

Just ask the very own Isaiya Katoa, who made the cut back in 2022.

So watch out, world, these Dolphins lads are ready to make a splash and show what they're made of on the footy field.
