The Rugby League Players' Association has revealed the nominees for the prestigious Players' Champion award for 2023.
This award recognizes the outstanding performance and contribution of players in the NRL.
Each NRL team has four players who are eligible to win this accolade.
The winners of the Players' Champion award, for both NRL and NRLW, will be announced during Channel 9's Grand Final coverage on October 1.
Some notable past winners, such as Nathan Cleary, Kalyn Ponga, and James Tedesco, are also part of the contenders' list this year.
In addition to the Players' Champion award, there are other categories like Rookie of the Year, Dream Team, and the Dennis Tutty Award for players in both the NRL and NRLW.
The nominees for the NRLW competition will be announced on September 12.
