The chaos started in Week 1, with a venue mix-up that had the Canterbury Bulldogs and Greater Western Sydney Giants playing at the same time.
The Giants didn't draw much of a crowd to their AFL semi-final, while the Bulldogs had a rowdy crowd at Homebush for their clash with the Manly Sea Eagles.
The Roosters and Panthers had already played their matches, leaving some teams with shorter breaks between games than others.
