Beau Fermor is set to make his debut for Queensland in Game I at Suncorp Stadium next Wednesday, realizing a childhood dream.

The 26-year-old will be one of three Titans, alongside Tino Fa'asuamaleaui and Moeaki Fotuaika, who have been selected to represent Maroon in the series opener after strong early-season performances.

This marks a significant return for Fermor, who missed the 2024 Origin season due to an ACL injury, watching as Queensland fell 2-1 to New South Wales.

He joins fellow debutants Robert Toia and Trent Loiero as part of Billy Slater's 17 for the match.

The newcomers will enter Camp Maroon with several experienced players ahead of the clash.
