Jaime Chapman, the speedy winger for the NSW Blues, is set to return to action in the Women's State of Origin opener on Thursday, just two months after suffering a serious back injury.
Chapman fractured her L2 vertebra while playing for the Indigenous All Stars in February, following an accidental knee to her back after scoring a try.
Despite this setback, she has committed to disciplined rehabilitation and hard work to ensure her readiness for the game.
The determination she has shown in her recovery reflects her strong desire to participate in the Origin series.
