Broncos' Newbie Takes a Tumble, Will He Fumble?

LeagueNews.co | Jess Malloy

Brisbane Broncos recruit Jaiyden Hunt may be feeling like a wounded warrior as he awaits scans on his injured ankle.

The former St George Illawarra Dragons player was hoping to secure a spot on the Broncos' bench, but his dreams have been dashed for now.

It's a setback for the 25-year-old, who was set to bring versatility to the team, filling the void left by Keenan Palasia.

Unfortunately, the Broncos have experienced multiple losses in their forward pack, including Kurt Capewell and Thomas Flegler, since their grand final march in 2023.

It's a blow for the Broncos as they gear up for the upcoming season, and they have yet to provide any updates on Hunt's recovery.
