Blues summon four to gear up for Origin showdown

The New South Wales Blues have announced the inclusion of Cody Ramsey, Hamish Stewart, Jacob Preston, and Adam Doueihi in their camp for Game 1 of the 2025 State of Origin series.

Reports from zerotackle.com indicate that Preston and Doueihi were observed in camp on Tuesday as the Blues moved to the Blue Mountains for training until the weekend.

Stewart and Ramsey were confirmed later as part of the group.

The team is managing player workloads in preparation for the upcoming game, especially since a few players, including Payne Haas-who notably "didn't train at all on Wednesday"-and Stephen Crichton, are facing injury concerns.

Despite being currently suspended, Preston will continue with the Blues as he is not needed at the club level.

He will take over as a training member for the week's final session, stepping in for Haumole Olakau'atu, who will return to his club.
