New South Wales Blues coach Laurie Daley has announced his 20-man squad for the opening match of the 2025 Ampol State of Origin series, scheduled for Wednesday, May 28, at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane.
Among the squad, Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs prop Max King, 28, is set to make his debut from the bench.
Additionally, Penrith Panthers and Australian captain Isaah Yeo will take on the role of Blues skipper, becoming the 22nd player to do so under Daley's leadership.
The squad also includes three emergencies: Campbell Graham (South Sydney Rabbitohs), Stefano Utoikamanu (Melbourne Storm), and Haumole Olakau'atu (Manly Warringah Sea Eagles).
