Anthony Milford hoping to Bronco-back to home team

Anthony Milford is set to lace up his boots for a new chapter in his Rugby League journey, as he signs with the Souths Logan Magpies in the Hostplus Cup to rediscover his love for the game.

The seasoned NRL star, with over 200 first-grade games and 14 Tests for Samoa under his belt, is taking a step back from the NRL limelight to focus on enjoying the game once again.

After the Dolphins decided not to extend his contract for 2025 following a two-season stint that saw him make 13 NRL appearances and play regularly for feeder club Central Queensland Capras, Milford is now ready to make his mark with Souths Logan Magpies - a proud affiliate of the Brisbane Broncos.

While committed to his new role, Milford is keeping the door open - but remaining realistic - about a potential return to the Broncos, should injuries create an opportunity.

With the Broncos currently boasting playmakers such as Adam Reynolds, Coby Black, Jock Madden, Josh Rogers, and Ben Hunt, Milford's wealth of experience could prove to be a valuable asset should the need arise.
