Zac Lomax is thrilled to take on a challenge at a "truly international stage" following his signing of a two-year agreement with Rugby Australia and the Western Force.
This announcement indicates that the former Parramatta winger will shift to the 15-man format of the game, beginning immediately, with confirmations from RA and the Force coming at noon on Monday.
The contract is set to extend until the conclusion of 2027, maintaining the possibility for Lomax to play for the Wallabies during a home World Cup, sharing the field with fellow ex-league players like Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii, Mark Nawaqanitawase, and Angus Crichton.
This move marks a substantial setback for the NRL, which continues to see its representative athletes transition to the rival code.
