Will Luai stay or will he stray?

In the world of Rugby League, the Canterbury Bulldogs have found themselves at a crossroads as they await a decision from talented five-eighth Jarome Luai.

Much to the chagrin of Bulldogs fans, coach Cameron Ciraldo has revealed that the club has not yet made an offer to retain Luai's services.

Speculation has been rife, with Luai reportedly considering offers from the Penrith Panthers and the Wests Tigers, while the Bulldogs have been closely monitoring the situation.

The Tigers, in particular, have come out swinging with a substantial financial package, potentially blowing the Panthers out of contention.

However, reports suggest that the Panthers have upped their offer, leaving the Bulldogs as the wildcard in this high-stakes game.

Ciraldo has made it clear that the Bulldogs are open to negotiations, but until an offer is tabled, Luai's future remains uncertain.
