In a groundbreaking development for rugby league, raiders.com.au has reported that the Strange family is making waves in the sport.

With siblings Jasmine and Ethan Strange making their mark in the NSWRL pathways, and their father John coaching the Central Coast Roosters to victory in the Harvey Norman NSW Women's Premiership in 2020, this family is truly special.

John Strange then went on to coach the Sydney Roosters to the 2021 NRLW Premiership, while Jasmine joined the Newcastle Knights in the NRLW after a season with the Roosters in 2022.

Adding to their impressive resume, Ethan was named Player of the Match for his hat-trick during the CABE NSW Under 19s' triumph in the Origin shield held in Redcliffe in July.

And now, on Sunday, August 13th, Ethan will be making his highly anticipated NRL debut for the Canberra Raiders.

This remarkable achievement will make the Strange family the first-ever father-daughter-son trio to play or coach in both the NRL and NRLW, cementing their place in rugby league history.
