Before switching to rugby league, Jayme Millard was part of the Young Matildas football program.
Her strong 2024 NSW Women's Premiership season led to an NRLW debut in Round 4, 2025.
After two seasons with St George Illawarra, Millard has signed with Wests Tigers through the end of the 2028 NRLW season.
In eight appearances in 2026, she scored six tries, made 16 tackle breaks and averaged 116 run metres.
"I'm really excited to be joining the Tigers, I can see that the Club is building something really special and I can't wait to be a part of it," Millard said.
"I'm keen to come on board and put in a tough pre-season with the girls. I spent some time with Raecene [McGregor] and Shenai [Lendill] at the Dragons and they're unreal at what they do, so I'm looking forward to playing with them again."
Wests Tigers NRLW head coach Craig Sandercock described Millard as a tough player who embraces challenges.
"Jayme's a talented player. She doesn't shy away from a challenge and brings a real toughness to her game," he said.
Sandercock said Millard had proved her ability with a strong season and looked forward to seeing her contribution next year.
