The Australian Men's Prime Minister's XIII will meet the PNG PM's XIII at Port Moresby's Santos National Football Stadium on Saturday, October 3.
Wests Tigers forward Alex Seyfarth has been selected alongside club half-back Jock Madden.
The 27-year-old is returning to PNG after playing prop in Australia's 2024 win.
Seyfarth appeared in all 23 Wests Tigers matches in 2026, running for 1,445 metres at an average of 62 metres per game.
He also made two line breaks and 11 offloads, with a tackle efficiency rating of almost 91 per cent.
Since making his NRL debut in 2020, he has played 114 games for the Tigers.
The match will be broadcast live at 2.05pm on Channel 9, 9Now, Kayo Sports and Fox League.
The 2026 squad also features Jaxon Purdue, Nick Meaney, Tom Chester, David Fifita and Braidon Burns.
Ezra Mam, Lachlan Galvin, Toby Couchman, Billy Walters and Thomas Hazelton are also selected.
The other squad members are Ryan Couchman, Hamish Stewart, Josh Curran, Owen Pattie and Kurtis Morrin.
Josh Kerr, Jamal Fogarty, Madden and Seyfarth complete the squad.
