"We've got the goods": Ciraldo talks up top four aspirations, spills the beans on attack tweaks
Cameron Ciraldo has let slip that he reckons his team has what it takes to crack the top four after their recent triumph over the Dolphins in Bundaberg.
The folks over at zerotackle.com have dished out the deets on how the Bulldogs snagged a 20-point win last Saturday, marking their fourth win in a row and their sixth victory in their last seven matches.
When quizzed about whether his squad has what it takes to secure a top-four spot, Ciraldo confidently stated that while they've got the potential, there's still room for improvement, acknowledging that their final placing is somewhat out of their hands.
"It's a bit of a lottery, but fingers crossed.
I reckon we've got the goods to be a top-four contender, but there's still some kinks in the game that we need to iron out, just like the top four teams do," Ciraldo spilled during his presser following the game on the team's likelihood of making the top four.
"We'll shift the focus to recovery now.
It's a quick turnaround, we'll need to head back to Sydney and then zip over to New Zealand, so that's the game plan on my radar."
