The New Zealand Warriors have made some changes to their squad for their upcoming NRL clash against Brisbane.

Halfback Tanah Boyd and prop Tanner Stowers-Smith have been retained in the 19-man game day squad, while hooker Sam Healey, utility forward Freddy Lussick, and centre Morgan Harper have been omitted and are set to play in the New South Wales Cup curtain raiser.

The team is dealing with injuries to fullback Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad, co-captain James Fisher-Harris, and suspension of centre Rocco Berry.

Head coach Andrew Webster has made several adjustments to the squad, including moving Taine Tuaupiki to fullback, Jackson Ford to the front row, and Kurt Capewell to the centres.

Capewell, who has experience playing in the centres, filled in for Berry in the last game and will continue in that position for the upcoming match.

The Warriors are aiming to secure their third straight home win in the NRL after victories against Manly Warringah and the Sydney Roosters.

The club's development teams will also be playing at Go Media Stadium on the same day.

The Warriors will be looking to continue their winning streak and maintain their strong performance at home.

Head coach Andrew Webster expressed his confidence in the squad despite the changes made, stating, "I'm really happy with the way the squad has performed the last few weeks, so we'll be looking to continue that this weekend." The team has shown resilience in the face of injuries and suspensions, proving their depth and versatility.

Capewell's experience in the centres will be valuable for the team as they look to secure another win on Saturday night.

The Warriors will be facing a tough challenge against Brisbane, but they are determined to come out on top and continue their impressive run in the NRL.
