The New Zealand Warriors recently held their annual end-of-season awards night, where Roger Tuivasa-Sheck was honored with the club's top accolade.

During this celebratory event, which marked a successful season with the Warriors reaching the finals, the club announced that five players will not be returning in 2026.

Among those confirmed to be leaving are outside backs Moala Graham-Taufa and Edward Kosi, both of whom will join the South Sydney Rabbitohs next season.

Fan favorite Bunty Afoa has also been included in the list of departing players. Afoa is a long-standing member of the club and is cherished by supporters for his loyalty and tireless work ethic. However, he only managed six NRL appearances in 2025 before concluding the season in the NSW Cup.

Additionally, forward Tom Ale, who made 16 NRL appearances for the club in 2024, has been released after not making any first-grade appearances this season. Ale, known for his hard-running style and significant impact off the bench, will now seek to continue his career elsewhere.
