Former NRL forward Sebastine Ikahihifo, who once donned the colors of the New Zealand Warriors, is now on the hunt for a new team as he sets his sights on a potential return to the NRL competition.

According to reports from the folks over at zerotackle.com, Ikahihifo is currently plying his trade with the Huddersfield Giants in the Super League.

However, his time with the Giants is set to come to an end as the club has decided not to offer him a contract extension, signaling his departure at the conclusion of the 2024 season.

Having last graced the NRL field back in 2015, Ikahihifo made the move overseas in 2016, racking up an impressive 138 appearances for the Giants and 32 games for the Salford Red Devils over the course of two seasons from 2020-21.

The Giants paid tribute to Ikahihifo in a statement, highlighting his contributions to the team since his arrival in 2016.

A fan favorite from the get-go, Ikahihifo quickly made his mark and went on to make 138 appearances for the Giants, solidifying his place in the hearts of the fans while also finding the try-line five times.
