Walsh's Video Blunder: A League of Its Own

Kevin Walters' truth bomb for Reece Walsh after Broncos finalise investigation into video

Kevin Walters has offered crucial advice to Reece Walsh following a recent incident where the young Broncos player posted a video of himself punching a friend, which led to significant backlash.

The Broncos concluded their investigation into the video on Thursday, expressing disappointment over Walsh's decision to share it before subsequently deleting it.

The 22-year-old has been sidelined for a month due to a knee injury, which has coincided with the team's poor performance of five losses in six matches.

After meeting with Broncos management on Wednesday, Walsh was instructed to apologize and donate to the mental health charity Black Dog Institute.

He stated, "We don't support violence and stuff like that...

obviously it's not a good look for myself...

trying to have a laugh and a good time with friends."

Walters, who was previously the Broncos coach, discussed the situation on Triple M radio, emphasizing that Walsh should be more mindful of the current atmosphere and the repercussions of social media actions.

"Just be more sensitive to the environment you're in," Walters advised, noting that cameras are ubiquitous today.

He added, "Put your camera away Reece, particularly with the situation the Broncos are in at the moment (not winning).

Everywhere they turn there's trouble."

With a considerable social media following, Walsh has emerged as one of the most marketable players in NRL history.

Just last weekend, he launched his own YouTube channel shortly before the Broncos faced a loss against the Dragons at home.
