Walsh's Social Media Like Sparks Controversy Over Reynolds' Departure

More trouble at Broncos as Reynolds drama grows after superstar’s social media blunder

Broncos' standout player Reece Walsh has been spotted liking a social media post that features a clip from NRL360 criticizing the club and coach Michael Maguire regarding Adam Reynolds' swift retirement.

On Tuesday afternoon, Reynolds addressed the media, stating that the choice to retire with two games left was his own.

Nonetheless, some accused him of backtracking "under duress" as he attempted to downplay rumors of tension between him and Maguire.

Just one day prior, Reynolds was on NRL 360, expressing his surprise that he wasn't selected for the game against the Storm.

He asserted that he felt fit enough to play his last match in front of his local supporters, but the coach opted not to pick him due to concerns from medical staff about his endurance.

He told Code Sports, "Yes, I was keen to play."

However, on Tuesday, Reynolds claimed the entire situation was "blown out of proportion" and felt that the backlash against Maguire was unjust.

The NRL 360 panel, led by host Braith Anasta, was taken aback by the veteran's shift in perspective later that night.
