Wales begin their 2026 Rugby League World Cup campaign against England at Perth's HBF Park on October 17.
Coach Tom Brindle has selected a 23-player squad, captained by Wigan's Bethan Dainton.
The team then meets Samoa at Sydney's CommBank Stadium on October 23 and Australia there on November 1.
Bulldogs halfback Tayla Preston and North Queensland Cowboys winger Siân Williams are the squad's two NRLW players.
Preston has made 48 appearances for the Bulldogs, Sharks and Eels.
Former Eels second-rower Paige Travis has switched her international allegiance from England to represent Wales in a historic World Cup appearance.
Six squad members are uncapped, including Preston, both Williamses, Travis, Cardiff Demons' Hannah Bluck and Warrington Wolves winger Hollie Brussels.
Bluck could represent Wales in a fourth sport, having played football, rugby union and basketball at various age levels.
Leanne Burnell, Kathryn Salter and Emily Hughes played in Wales' first match, against England in 2021.
Salter and Hughes are London Broncos teammates of Ffion Lewis and Jade Mullen; the club secured Women's Super League promotion by beating Leigh 36-6.
York Valkyrie's Agnes Wood is also selected after featuring in Sunday's WSL grand final win over Wigan, whose squad includes Dainton and Carys Marsh.
Burnell is among nine Cardiff Demons players named.
