In a triumphant display, Kieran Foran proved that his International career is far from over as he led New Zealand to a resounding 50-0 victory over Samoa.

This win completed a trifecta of victories for the home side in Auckland on Saturday afternoon.

Foran, playing in his 29th Test for the Kiwis, faced his demons at Eden Park, where he suffered a devastating shoulder injury against Great Britain in 2019.

However, his dominant performance as the starting hooker for 58 minutes erased any doubts about his abilities.

Foran's exceptional play in the dummy-half role set up a Pacific Championships finals showdown against Australia, following their upcoming match against the Kangaroos in Melbourne next weekend.

This match will serve as a prelude to the decider and will be followed by a clash between the Kiwi Ferns and the Jillaroos.

In the earlier women's match on Saturday, the Kiwi Ferns defeated Tonga 28-10, with Gold Coast skipper Georgia Hale leading the team with 40 tackles as captain.

She faced off against fellow Titans forward Dannii Perese, who made her debut for the Mate Ma'a, contributing 77 meters and 17 tackles in her first International appearance.

The day began on a high note for New Zealand, with their Kiwi A side securing a 36-26 victory over Tonga A.

Keano Kini, who made his International debut, showcased his skills by scoring a try after an impressive rookie season.

With these impressive performances, the Kiwis have established themselves as a dominant force in the world of Rugby League.
