Titans captain Tino Fa'asuamaleaui is advocating for his teammate Moeaki Fotuaika to remain in the Queensland side, highlighting him as an underrated player seeking redemption in Game Two.

According to nrl.com.au, the entire Queensland forward pack faced criticism for falling short against the Blues in terms of aggression and intent.

Despite calls for Maroons coach Billy Slater to replace Fotuaika with firebrand Corey Horsburgh in the starting lineup, Slater has chosen to keep Fotuaika in the squad.

Fa'asuamaleaui had a strong showing in Game One, accumulating over 100 run meters and standing out among Queensland forwards.

In contrast, Fotuaika struggled to deliver the expected go-forward, which led to scrutiny of his performance.

Nonetheless, he is thankful for another chance to prove himself and contribute to the team's success.
