titans.com.au are reporting that the Titans are gearing up for their Round 2 showdown against the Bulldogs, in what promises to be a fierce battle at Belmore.

In the words of Titans coach, "The boys are chomping at the bit to finally kick off the season after a long wait since the last trial game."

Reflecting on their previous encounter at Belmore, where they suffered a crushing 32-0 defeat in Round 3 last year, Titans coach added, "That was a tough day at the office for us, but we've learned from that experience and we're ready to show what we're made of this time around."

The Titans will be boosted by the return of Tino Fa'asuamaleaui, who missed the majority of last season due to a knee injury.

With Fa'asuamaleaui back in action and David Fifita in top form, the Titans are set to deliver a strong performance.

However, they will be up against a Bulldogs team brimming with confidence following their victory over the Dragons in Round 1.

As Titans coach mentioned, "The Bulldogs are a formidable opponent, but we're prepared to meet the challenge head-on."

The Bulldogs welcome back Josh Curran from suspension, adding even more firepower to their forward pack.

It's shaping up to be a clash of titans, as both teams look to assert their dominance early in the season.

In the words of Bulldogs coach, "We know the Titans will come out firing, but we're focused on maintaining the winning momentum and putting on a show for the fans."

With history between these two teams and plenty of talent on display, this game is set to be a thrilling battle from start to finish.

Australian rugby league fans, buckle up and get ready for some top-notch action on the field.
