Titans Face Charges Post-Magic Round Draw

Judiciary update: Four Titans charged after Magic Round

LeagueNews.co | Robbie Hamilton

According to titans.com.au, Gold Coast NRLW forward Jasmine Solia will miss next week's match against the Roosters due to a charge from the match review committee following the Titans' Magic Round draw against the Bulldogs.

In the 48th minute, Solia was put on report and sin-binned, receiving a Grade 2 Careless High Tackle charge for an incident involving Monica Tagoai. If she opts for an early plea, she will serve a one-match suspension.

If Solia chooses to contest the charge and is found guilty, she will also be sidelined for the Titans' Round 7 game against Cronulla, in addition to next Sunday's match.

She is one of four players reprimanded by the Judiciary. Natasha Penitani received a Grade 1 Careless High Tackle charge, while Pauline Piliae-Rasabale was charged with Grade 1 Dangerous Contact, and Sienna Lofipo also faced a Grade 1 Careless High Tackle charge. However, the latter three were only issued warnings.

As of now, no plea has been submitted.
