Terrell May has reportedly agreed to jump ship from the Sydney Roosters to join a rival Sydney club, after being given the green light to make a move.

The news has sent shockwaves through the Rugby League community, as May has been a force to be reckoned with on the field.

Having re-signed with the Roosters earlier this year, May's departure has caught many by surprise, especially considering his standout performances in the 2024 NRL season.

With 27 games under his belt, where he dominated from the interchange bench, May averaged 110 metres per game, made 40 offloads, busted through 64 tackles, and boasted an impressive tackle efficiency of nearly 98 per cent.

It's no wonder he has become a hot commodity in the league.

On the hunt for a new team, May is sure to have plenty of suitors lining up to secure his services.

As one of the most sought-after forwards in the competition, his move will undoubtedly shake up the playing field and add a new dynamic to his new team.

Australian rugby fans will be eagerly awaiting to see where May lands next and how he will continue to make his mark in the league.
