Jason Taylor, former player and current head coach of the Bears, is preparing his team for the Grand Final against the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
Despite retiring as a player 22 years ago, Taylor still holds the impressive seventh position in the all-time list of points scorers in first grade, with a remarkable record of 47 tries and 942 goals from 276 matches.
With his wealth of experience, Taylor has proven himself as a successful coach, having led his team in 140 NRL games and 116 matches in the NSW Cup.
This year marks his fifth year as coach of the Bears, and he is determined to guide his players to victory in the upcoming decider at CommBank Stadium.
