Wests Tigers are gearing up to take on the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Campbelltown Sports Stadium for the very first time in what promises to be a thrilling showdown.

The last time the Tigers played at Campbelltown, they delivered a smashing victory over the Raiders back in Round 16, with Luke Laulilii making a memorable debut by scoring a try.

In their last encounter with the Rabbitohs a month ago, Campbelltown juniors Lachie Galvin and Tallyn Da Silva shone by scoring the first two tries for the Tigers, despite a 42-28 loss in Gosford.

The Bunnies, on the other hand, have hit a rough patch with three consecutive losses to the Raiders, Sharks, and Storm.

After a 34-18 defeat to the Knights last week, the Tigers are hungry for a win and eager to belt out their team song once again at their beloved Campbelltown fortress.

In team updates, Aidan Seizer has bounced back from a knee injury and will team up with Galvin in the halfback position.

Laulilii returns on the wing after a brief absence due to HIA protocol, and Sione Fainu is back on the bench following a battle with a knee infection.

Expect fireworks on the field as these two fierce rivals battle it out in a clash that is sure to keep fans on the edge of their seats.

So buckle up, folks, and get ready for a ripper of a game!
