Sydney Roosters NSW Cup Coach Brett Morris has announced his team for the match against the Western Suburbs Magpies on Saturday at Lidcombe Oval.
Notable changes from the team that faced Newcastle prior to last weekend's bye include the return of middle forwards Taylor Losalu and Makahesi Makatoa from NRL.
Makatoa replaces Zack Visconti at lock, while Losalu takes over from Xavier Va'a as starting prop.
Va'a moves to the bench in place of Ethan Roberts, who, along with Visconti, will play in the Jersey Flegg Cup this weekend.
Toby Rodwell returns from Under 19s Origin duty to join the halves, taking Reece Foley's position at five-eighth; Foley is also scheduled to play Jersey Flegg Cup.
Captain Jake Elliott, who began the previous match at hooker, remains in the same role, with Tyler Moriaty named on the bench.
If all five Roosters State of Origin representatives maintain their spots for the upcoming decider, their replacements for the Round 18 NRL match against the Wests Tigers are expected to come from this NSW Cup side.
Currently, the Roosters are positioned 6th on the table, and this match marks their first encounter with the 9th placed Magpies since defeating them 64-6 last August.
