Manly Warringah Sea Eagles are pleased to announce that hooker Jake Simpkin has signed a two-year contract extension. The new deal ensures that the 24-year-old will remain with the Club through at least the end of the 2028 season.
Simpkin joined Manly mid-season in 2024 on a two-and-a-half-year contract, transitioning from Wests Tigers, where he made his NRL debut in 2021. In 2025, he played 22 out of 24 possible games for Manly, accumulating a total of 69 appearances over five NRL seasons.
Sea Eagles coach Anthony Seibold commented that the new deal recognizes Simpkin's "professionalism and consistency."
Having recently become a father, Simpkin expressed his relief at having his contract settled, saying it's "nice to have his contract settled."
