In a recent report from weststigers.com.au, it has been confirmed that Wests Tigers prop Alex Seyfarth has accepted an early guilty plea for a careless high tackle against the Warriors in New Zealand.

Seyfarth, known for his physicality on the field, was charged with a Grade 1 careless high tackle for his tackle on Warriors winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak.

As a result of his actions, Seyfarth has been handed a $750 fine, a punishment that reflects the seriousness of his offense.

On the other hand, teammate Stefano Utoikamanu was placed on report for a raised forearm on Warriors hooker Wayde Egan.

Fortunately for Utoikamanu, he managed to avoid any sanction, allowing him to continue playing without any penalties.

These incidents highlight the importance of player discipline and the consequences that can arise from careless or dangerous tackles in the game of Rugby League.
